GROUP COHESIVENESS

We are continuing to work in the book Pulling Together. This week's chapter was on group cohesiveness. We talked about thinking differently from beginning to end and going above and beyond. When you are working in a group, the group must be on the same step in order to move forward. While taking a vote and using the majority rules method is not positive, the group must have a “collective” mindset. It is important to gather facts and define problems in writing. Make decisions weighing the pros and cons. Determine the reality of the problem by taking out the emotion and staying focused. Together we Stand, Divided we Fall. We ended in prayer.
