Journey Meeting

During the final months of the year and into January we finished the “Pulling Together” book. It included such topics as:

Interdependent Thinking, - Shifting thoughts from me to we, Don't Limit Yourself, Strive for Unity.

Remove the Weeds – Recognizing and being willing to remove the weeds, cultivating what we have.

Review – A review of the book included – Focusing on Supporting/Trusting each other.

We set our personal opportunities for change in 2011.

We meditated.

We added some specific health habits over the month of January. Simple things – Drink Water, Eat a piece of fruit, 10 minutes of cardio.

Each meeting ended in prayer.
