Responsibilities include:

  • Work Order preparation and follow-up
  • Proposal / bid preparation and follow-up
  • Correspondence preparation and follow-up
  • Scheduling
  • General administrative duties
  • Customer contact
  • Data entry

Required skills:

  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Reliable and committed to teamwork
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Courteous and calm in challenging situations
