Impact of Hurricane Recovery on Parts & Service Availability

Just like you, we have been watching the unfolding emergencies caused by Irma and Harvey and the wildfires in Oregon and Montana. Luckily, we are in a position to help so are providing generators as requested to support impacted areas. Rest assured that our relief commitments have not inhibited our ability to supply generators to our Northern California customers.

To handle an overall increase in service requests our staff members are working overtime. We will get to each request, but our turnaround time maybe a little longer than usual. If your need is urgent, please indicate so and feel free to follow up with us so we are alerted to your inquiry.

Due to supply interruptions caused by these events, we are experiencing a slowdown in parts delivery. Please be aware that equipment delivery for newly-purchased generators may also be delayed due to manufacturing issues and equipment being diverted to other parts of the country.
