Operation Christmas Child

Even a couple of our customers got into the Christmas spirit, as the team at CD & Power came together again this year to donate Christmas gifts for children around the world as part of Samaritan’s Purse, “Operation Christmas Child.”  All told, twenty four boxes were delivered to the local drop off point this morning.

The world’s largest Christmas project of its kind, Operation Christmas Child, shares gift-filled shoeboxes with needy children ages 2-4, 5-9, and 10-14. Since 1993, Samaritan’s Purse has collected and delivered more than 113 million gift-filled shoeboxes to children in over 150 countries. In 2014, Samaritan’s Purse hopes to collect enough shoebox gifts to reach another 10 million children through Operation Christmas Child.
